At SoulQuest, all products sold are digital downloads.
No physical items are shipped.

Digital Products – Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed, except in the cases outlined below.

Exceptions & Refund Processing Time
  • Once a return request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 business days from our side.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Depending on the payment method and bank processing time, the amount may take 3–7 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

  • In case of replacement requests, the replacement product will be processed within 3–5 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

  • If the refund is delayed beyond the mentioned timeframe, customers can contact our support team at soulquesthub@gmail.com.

Exchanges

If a technical issue cannot be resolved, we may offer:

1. A replacement file, or

2. Access to an alternative equivalent product
